For clients outside India

Building your website from India, for a business anywhere

I work with businesses outside India from Ludhiana. This page explains how remote work is run, what the time difference means in practice, and how prices and payment are handled.

Remote work is the normal case

Website work is done at a computer, and the conversations happen by phone and WhatsApp. For most of the project, it does not matter that you are in another country. What matters is clear scope, content that arrives on time and decisions made quickly.

The time difference

India Standard Time is UTC+5:30 all year; India does not change its clocks. The table shows what 9:00 in the morning in your city is in Ludhiana. Clocks change on different dates in different countries, so check the date you plan to talk.

Your city 9:00 am there is Note
London 2:30 pm (winter) or 1:30 pm (summer) Same working day
Dubai 10:30 am Same working day
New York 7:30 pm (winter) or 6:30 pm (summer) Your morning is my evening
Los Angeles 10:30 pm (winter) or 9:30 pm (summer) Your morning is my late evening
Sydney 4:30 am (Australian winter) or 3:30 am (Australian summer) Your late afternoon is my morning

Which hours are suitable for calls is agreed at the start. Between calls, WhatsApp and written messages carry most of the project, so a time difference mainly shapes when you hear back, not whether the work moves.

How a project runs

The stages are the same for every client: a discovery call, content collection, design, development, quality checks, launch and handover. The guide to what a business website project includes describes them. The proposal is written, so you have the scope, price and dates on record.

Prices, currency and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes, and the same packages apply wherever you are: Essential at ₹19,999 (20 to 30 pages, frontend only), Growth at ₹24,999 (70 to 100 pages, with agreed SEO implementation and the first month of SEO) and Complete at ₹34,999 (100 to 200 pages, a broader site and a comprehensive SEO scope). The pricing page lists what each includes and what does not.

Which taxes apply to you depends on where you are and how your business is registered; ask your accountant. Payment arrangements for clients outside India are discussed directly, and none is advertised here.

Working at a distance

A remote project runs on clear habits: one main channel, a written update on agreed days, one person who decides, and access shared by role instead of by password. Working with a remote developer sets them out.

What you should have in writing

Before work starts, ask for the scope, the price, the payment schedule, who owns the domain, hosting and design files, and what happens after launch. These are the same questions to put to any developer in any country; the guide to how to choose a website developer is a checklist.

Limits worth knowing

I do not have an office outside India, and this page does not suggest otherwise. Support after launch is by phone and WhatsApp. The sites I have built that you can open and judge are on the Work page.

Comparing quotes from different countries

When providers in different places quote for the same site, compare what each quote contains, not the total. How to read a website quote lists the lines to check, and local or nationwide discovery explains how a remote service is found.

Questions people ask

Are the prices in my currency?

No. Every price on this site is in Indian rupees (INR) and excludes applicable taxes. I do not publish prices in other currencies. Payment arrangements for clients outside India are discussed directly.

Which payment methods do you accept from overseas?

None are advertised on this site. Payment arrangements for clients outside India are discussed directly.

Will the site work well for visitors in my country?

The pages are built to work on phones, and you can measure the result yourself: the guide to mobile speed and Core Web Vitals explains how. Where the site is hosted is your choice, since it goes live on the hosting you provide; pick a host with good reach to your customers.

Do you work in my language?

This site and the written proposal are in English. A second language for the website itself is possible, but it is a full set of content that someone must write and check, and it is quoted as part of the scope.

Who owns the domain and hosting?

The site goes live on the domain and hosting you provide, so those accounts stay in your control. Ask any developer, including me, to state in writing who owns the design files and code.
