Corporate and company websites
Corporate website design and development
Information and enquiry websites for established companies, medium-sized businesses and professional firms: a clear structure for many products, services or divisions, an approval process your people can follow, and a written quotation before any work starts.
What we mean by a corporate website
A corporate web design project is less about decoration and more about structure. An established company usually has several product lines or divisions, a history of documents and certificates, people in different departments who want their part represented, and buyers, partners and job applicants who all arrive with different questions. The site has to let each of them find their answer in two or three clicks, and it has to stay coherent as the company adds pages.
That is what our corporate website development services cover: the page structure, the design, the build and the launch of an information and enquiry website, done by our team and run through a written proposal.
Medium-sized businesses and professional firms
Medium sized business website development sits between a small business site and a corporate one: more products or services than a ten-page site can hold, but no in-house web team. Growth (70–100 pages) or Complete (100–200 pages) usually fits, depending on how many products, services, locations or applications you need to explain.
Law, accounting, consulting, architecture and engineering firms need something slightly different: the site sells expertise, not products. If you are comparing a professional services website design agency with others, look for pages that explain each service, who it is for and what the first meeting involves, and for restraint about claims your professional body may limit. The guide on websites for lawyers, accountants and consultants covers that in detail.
What makes a corporate website design agency worth hiring
Ask any corporate website design agency you are considering for:
- a page plan before design starts, so you can see where every product, service and division lives;
- a named approval route: who on your side approves what, and how many revision rounds are included (two, with us);
- a launch checklist that covers redirects from your old URLs, so the pages people have bookmarked or found in search still work (see planning a redesign without losing search visibility);
- a handover list: logins, files, and what the company owns afterwards.
Commercial and enterprise: where we stop
We offer commercial website design services for companies that sell to other businesses or to the public through enquiries: product and service pages, application pages, documents, and call, WhatsApp and form routes.
We are not an enterprise web design agency, and we do not sell enterprise website development services in the usual sense of that phrase: single sign-on, intranets, customer portals, ERP or CRM integration, multi-team content workflows, uptime commitments or security certifications. If your requirement includes those (see frontend, backend and what your site needs for why they are a different kind of project), you need a larger specialist firm, and you will save time by saying so to any agency on the first call. If what you need is a well-structured public website for a large company, that is work we do.
How a corporate website development quotation is prepared
A corporate website development quotation from us is a written proposal. To prepare it we need:
- the address of your current site and analytics access if you have it, or a list of its main sections;
- your products, services or divisions, and which ones matter most for enquiries;
- who in the company approves the design and the pages;
- any requirement that goes beyond pages: a second language, a document library, integration with another system.
The proposal states the package or custom scope, the price in Indian rupees plus applicable taxes, the schedule, the revision rounds and everything that is excluded. The pricing page shows the three packages, and how to read a website quote shows how to compare ours with others.
Our work
The two sites on the Work page are large catalogue websites for industrial businesses: 302 URLs for one, 676 across two languages for the other. They were built by our team for two related businesses we work with directly, so they show the kind of structure we build but are not independent client results. Questions people ask
Is a ₹34,999 package really enough for a company website?
For an information and enquiry website, often yes: Complete covers 100 to 200 substantive pages, a comprehensive on-site SEO scope and 45 days of bug support, one-time, excluding applicable taxes. It is not enough for a portal, an intranet, an online store or anything with logins; those are different projects and are quoted separately, if we can take them on at all.
Can several people in our company review the pages?
Yes, but name one person who collects the feedback and gives the final approval. Two revision rounds are included in every package; feedback that arrives from several people separately is the most common reason a project stalls.
Do you sign an NDA or a vendor agreement?
The scope, price, schedule and exclusions are always in a written proposal. If your company needs its own agreement or a non-disclosure agreement, send it with your enquiry and we will tell you whether we can sign it as written.
Can our IT team host the site?
Yes. The sites we build are static files that run on almost any hosting, including your company's own. Your IT team keeps control of the domain and DNS.
Do you provide enterprise services such as SSO, an intranet or ERP integration?
No. We do not offer those, and this page does not describe them as an offer. If your website has to connect to internal systems, you need a team that specialises in that work.
