Who you deal with, and what I stand behind.

One person to talk to

When you message or call, you reach me, Harman Singh. I am the only public contact for the studio and I am your contact from the first call to the handover. The number is +91 62849 56077, on call and on WhatsApp. No email address is published, and no street address: this is an online service.

What I take responsibility for

• The proposal. After the first conversation I send a written proposal with the package, the scope, the price in rupees plus applicable taxes, the schedule and what is not included. Nothing starts or bills without your agreement.
• The build. One design direction around your offer, with two revision rounds, hand-built responsive pages, and the call, WhatsApp and enquiry-form routes checked before launch.
• The measurement, where it is in your package. Growth and Complete set up GA4, Search Console and enquiry tracking on Google accounts you own, with your access.
• The support period. Essential has 14 days of post-launch bug support, Growth 30 and Complete 45. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

What I ask of you

The facts, documents and photographs for your pages, because only you can confirm them. Your domain and hosting. And, for Growth and Complete, access to the Google accounts used for measurement. A project moves at the speed that content and approvals arrive; the schedule in the proposal reflects that.

How we communicate

Phone and WhatsApp, with the agreed scope kept in the written proposal so the decisions are on record. I will tell you if a package is more than you need, and I will say so plainly if what you describe is something I do not build.

What I can show, and what I cannot

I designed, built and help manage two live websites: Samrat Poly Resins and Samrat FRP Traders. The two businesses are related, and I work with both directly, so they are not independent client results. Each case study says what was built, how enquiries reach the business, and what is and is not measured.

There are no testimonials, ratings, awards, client counts or team photographs on this site, because none has been verified. I will not add them until they are real. I have not built an online store, a medical, legal, hospitality or education site, or a site for a non-profit, and the guides on those subjects say so.

What I do not do

• I do not promise rankings, traffic or a number of enquiries. Nobody can.
• I do not build online stores, payments, customer accounts or bookings unless a written proposal agrees them as separate work.
• I do not publish prices other than the three packages (₹19,999, ₹24,999 and ₹34,999 + applicable taxes) and the optional monthly services on the Pricing page.

Where I work from

I work remotely. I do not publish a home city or a street address, and I do not claim an office, in India or anywhere else. Calls and WhatsApp work across time zones.
