Website developer for hire in India
Hire a website developer for your business
I design and build business websites of 20 to 200 pages, working with you directly from the first call to launch. Based in Ludhiana, India, working remotely with businesses across India and worldwide.
What hiring me directly means
Your contact is one person: Harman Singh, from the first call to the handover. The sites on the Work page are ones he designed, built and still helps manage; see them below.
The work is a custom frontend: the layout, the pages and the templates are built for your business and not poured into a ready-made theme. Pages are responsive, so they work on a phone, a tablet and a desktop, and the HTML is accessible and readable by search engines.
Hiring from anywhere in India
You do not need to be in Ludhiana. The work is remote by design: we start with a call or a WhatsApp conversation, the scope is agreed in a written proposal, and you see the work and approve it as it goes. Prices are in Indian rupees and the packages are the same for every business. If you are in Ludhiana or Punjab, the local page says what that adds. This site has one India-wide service page instead of a page for every city, and the note on how a remote service gets found explains why.
Who this suits, and who it does not
It suits an owner who wants a clear, professional website of 20 to 200 pages that presents what the business does and makes it easy to call or message: manufacturers and suppliers with many products, service businesses, and companies replacing a site that no longer works on a phone.
The packages do not cover an online shop with payments, customer accounts, a booking system or a custom application, or advertising management. If you need any of those, say so at the start: they are separate work, included only if they are agreed in your written proposal. The guide to frontend, backend and what your site needs explains the difference.
Three packages, one price each
Prices are one-time website fees in Indian rupees, excluding applicable taxes. Domain, hosting, advertising and paid tools are separate.
| Package | Price | Pages | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | ₹19,999 | 20 to 30 | Frontend only. No SEO services, GA4, Search Console or tracking setup. |
| Growth | ₹24,999 | 70 to 100 | The website plus agreed SEO implementation, with the first month of SEO included. |
| Complete | ₹34,999 | 100 to 200 | A broader website and a comprehensive SEO scope. Not unlimited, and not permanent monthly SEO. |
The pricing page lists exactly what each package includes and does not include, and what “a page” means. If a feature is not on that page, it is not in the package.
How a project runs
- Discovery. A short call about your goals, your customers and what the current site does or does not do.
- Content collection. You supply the facts, documents and photographs for your pages, and we agree dates.
- Design. One design direction, built around the enquiry you want.
- Development. Hand-built, responsive pages and reusable templates.
- SEO and tracking setup. Growth and Complete only.
- Quality checks. Screen sizes, links and enquiry routes are checked before launch.
- Launch and handover. The site goes live on your domain and hosting, and the post-launch bug-support period in your package starts.
What I need from you
The facts about your business, the documents and photographs, and the logins for your domain and hosting. Missing content is a common reason a website project runs late. The guide to what to prepare before a website project lists it.
What is not included
- A backend, booking system or online payments, unless they are agreed in your written proposal.
- Domain, hosting, advertising and paid tools.
- Any promise about rankings, traffic or enquiries.
- Work outside the agreed scope, which is quoted separately.
Work you can check
You can open the websites I built and look at them on a phone yourself. The Work page shows what each site contains. Judge a developer on sites that are live today, not on mock-ups.
How to judge any developer, including me
Ask what the process is, what is not included, who owns what, and what happens after launch. The note on how to choose a website developer is a checklist you can use with anyone, freelancer, studio or agency helps you match the provider to the project, and how to read a website quote shows which lines to compare. If you would like to send a brief first, there is a template.
Questions people ask
I am not in Ludhiana. Can you still build my website?
Yes. I work with businesses across India and abroad. We talk by phone or WhatsApp, agree the scope in a written proposal and run the project from there, so you do not need to visit. The packages and prices are the same wherever your business is.
Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. Calls and WhatsApp work across time zones, and the project is run from a written proposal. For clients outside India, payment arrangements are discussed directly.
How long will my website take?
The schedule is agreed in your written proposal. It depends on the number of pages and on how quickly content, photographs and approvals reach me.
Whose name are the domain and hosting in?
The site goes live on the domain and hosting you provide, so those accounts stay under your control. Ask any developer, including me, to put ownership of the design files and code in writing before work starts.
Can you promise my site will rank on Google?
No. Nobody can promise rankings. Growth and Complete include agreed SEO work that makes the site easy for search engines to understand, but where it appears is not something I control.
Do I need Growth or Complete for a small business?
Not always. If you need a clear, professional site and you will handle search yourself or later, Essential is frontend only and does exactly that. The pricing page explains the difference in plain terms.
I need the website urgently. Can you do it fast?
Tell me the date and what has to be live by then. How much can be finished depends on the number of pages and on how quickly your content and approvals arrive, so I do not quote a delivery time before seeing your material. We can agree a smaller first version that meets the date and add pages afterwards. The written proposal states the schedule.
Is a budget of ₹30,000 enough?
It can be, depending on scope. Essential is ₹19,999 and Growth is ₹24,999, both one-time and excluding applicable taxes, with domain, hosting and paid tools separate. Check the total including tax and those separate costs against your limit. The guide on what a budget under ₹30,000 can cover explains which lines to protect.
Start with a conversation
Tell me about your business.
A short call or WhatsApp message is enough to start. You get a written proposal with the package, price and timeline that fits.
